Bitcoin’s price on Wednesday was hovering around $30,000-mark as the cryptocurrency market remains bearish.
Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies were trading in the green on Wednesday but fell in the red subsequently.
Bitcoin’s price fell 1.57 per cent to $29,898.22. Ethereum price was down 1.68 per cent to $2,039.33.
Other cryptocurrencies such as XRP fell 1.58 per cent, Solana was down by 2.29 per cent, Cardano fell 3.30 per cent, Stellar was down 1.91 per cent, Avalanche fell 2.62 per cent, Polkadot was down 5.60 per cent.
Among other popular alt coins, Dodgecoin was down 1.17 per cent, and Shiba Inu fell 2.19 per cent.
“The initial resistance of BTC at US$33,000 could stall the upward price momentum. The surge in cryptocurrencies is limited in the bearish market. It comes as a relief to investors after the dip on Monday,” Edul Patel, CEO and Co-founder, Mudrex said.
